We understand that there are times when you will need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, and we are pleased to accommodate your needs. However, due to the increasing demand for our services, it is our policy that all cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments take place 24 hours prior to the date of your originally scheduled appointment. If you are unable to fulfil these requirements or you miss a booked appointment, you will be charged 50%. By booking in and complying with our policy, you are acknowledging your commitment to improving your health and wellbeing, and showing respect to your healthcare provider for their time and effort.
