12:30pm to 1:30pm

 

An embodied feminine practice for pelvic floor awareness

This yoga caters to all women at every stage of life and physical ability.

This bespoke yoga is designed with respect and insight about the unique needs of the feminine body and pelvic floor to restore vitality and energy to the body.  This class is limited to a small group so that time can be taken to practice yoga, breathwork and meditation that safely and correctly factors in pelvic floor wellbeing.  You will feel supported and safe in a small class of like-minded women.

After the 8 week block you should feel empowered to take control of your own yoga practice with a deeper mind-body connection and improved body awareness.

Who should attend this class?

Women who have been experiencing issues with their pelvic floor such as incontinence, pelvic pain and pelvic stress related and digestive dysfunctionWomen who are perimenopausal or menopausal or experiencing hormonal changeWomen who are pregnant or postnatal to support pregnancy and pelvic floor recovery postpartumWomen planning pregnancy to strengthen and prevent pelvic floor issues earlyWomen with no current dysfunction to expand their understanding to create awareness and aid prevention
