About Ellen

After discovering the benefits of acupuncture as part of her own health journey, Ellen fell in love with the beauty and efficacy of Chinese medicine, which led her to study Acupuncture at Endeavour College of Natural Health across Brisbane and Sydney.

Using her vast clinical experience in both Western and Eastern medicine, Ellen focuses on supporting the body's innate healing processes to relieve symptoms and restore balance. She enjoys utilising a range of techniques during her treatments including electroacupuncture, cupping, gua sha, moxa and Tui Na (Chinese massage).

As a qualified yoga instructor and avid Crossfitter, Ellen believes movement is a form of medicine. She has worked with elite Crossfit athletes and sports personnel and has a strong passion for client education. Her special interests are musculoskeletal conditions and injury management, and Women's reproductive health and wellness. Ellen enjoys utilising the gentle nature of acupuncture to support women in all life stages- from adolescence, preconception and pregnancy, to postpartum and menopause.
