Hannah

Empowerment & Leadership Coach, Breathwork, Meditation and Sound Healing

Introducing Hannah, a highly skilled and compassionate women's ICF accredited embodied empowerment & leadership coach. With a deep understanding of the transformative power of the mind-body connection, Hannah specializes in areas such as NLP, Hypnosis, Life Coaching, Holotropic Breathwork, meditation, and sound healing.

Hannah's journey into coaching began with her own personal quest for empowerment and self-discovery. Through her own experiences, she realized the profound impact that these modalities can have on one's life, and she became passionate about sharing these tools with other women.

NLP, or Neuro-Linguistic Programming, is one of Hannah's areas of expertise. With this powerful technique, she helps her clients reprogram their minds and break free from limiting beliefs and patterns. By guiding her clients through various exercises and techniques, Hannah empowers them to create positive change and achieve their goals. Hypnosis is another transformative modality that Hannah incorporates into her coaching practice. By inducing a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus, she helps her clients access their subconscious mind and tap into their inner resources. Through the power of suggestion, Hannah assists her clients in overcoming obstacles, releasing fears, and creating new empowering beliefs.

Life coaching forms the foundation of Hannah's practice. She believes that every individual has the capacity for growth and transformation, and she provides a safe and supportive space for her clients to explore their desires, set meaningful goals, and take inspired action. With her guidance and accountability, Hannah helps her clients navigate life's challenges and unlock their true potential. Holotropic Breathwork, meditation, and sound healing are additional tools that Hannah incorporates into her coaching sessions. These practices help her clients connect with their bodies, release stress and tension, and access deeper states of consciousness. Through these modalities, Hannah supports her clients in cultivating self-awareness, inner peace, and a sense of wholeness.

With her warm and empathetic approach, Hannah creates a nurturing and non-judgmental environment for her clients to explore their inner world. Her commitment to ongoing learning and personal growth ensures that she stays at the forefront of coaching methodologies, allowing her to provide the highest level of support to her clients.
